Mad Waffle started the way the best ideas do — with a group of friends who couldn't find a decent waffle in Conowingo and decided to make one themselves.
What began as weekend pop-ups and kitchen experiments has grown into a real place, with real counters, real baristas, and a menu that takes itself seriously but never itself.
We're not fancy. We're not trying to be. We're just a café and bar that cares deeply about getting the small things right — the crisp of a waffle, the pull of an espresso, the pour of a perfectly balanced cocktail.
